1. Your Rights at a Glance

If you have submitted a contact form or otherwise provided personal data to ImaConsult, you have the following rights regarding the contact and CRM records we hold:

  • Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Erasure — ask us to delete your contact/CRM record
  • Restriction — ask us to restrict how we use your data
  • Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
  • Objection — object to processing based on our legitimate interests
  • Withdraw cookie consent — manage via Cookie Settings in the footer at any time

2. How to Submit a Request

Send an email to app@icitech.com.tr with the subject line:

"Data Rights Request — ImaConsult"

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address used in your contact form submission
  • The right(s) you wish to exercise
  • Any relevant details

We will respond within 30 days of receiving a verified request.

3. Identity Verification

To protect your data, we may ask you to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We will only ask for information necessary to confirm who you are.

4. What We Can Delete

Since this website has no user accounts or subscriptions, a deletion request applies to:

  • Your contact form submission data
  • Any CRM records created from your inquiry
  • Follow-up email correspondence (where technically feasible)

Some data may be retained where we have a legal obligation to do so (e.g. accounting records, legal claims).

5. EEA and UK Residents

If you are located in the EEA or UK and are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. See our GDPR Privacy Notice for details.

6. Turkish Residents
